Mimi is growing up!

I’ve said this before, but I just love repeat clients.  Seeing these children grow year after year is such a treat for me.  This year I really noticed how much Mimi is so lady like and funny at the same time!  Thoughts!  She’ll know what that means…  Too darn cute

Here is one from our first session four years ago, taken in Scituate.

and here is a sampling of some of my favorites from their recent session.

Thanks guys, I had such a great time photographing you all!

A very special day for the Ford Family

I honestly can say that I feel truly blessed to know this family and witness yesterdays activities.  I was honored to photograph the legal adoption of not one but two precious little boys into the Ford Family!   It was a very emotional time for everyone in the room!  The boys did such a great job!!!  They are such sweet little guys!!!

Here is a sampling of images taken at the court house.  I will be posting images from the celebration which took place at their beautiful home shortly.

Congratulations to you all!  You have such a beautiful family!  I’m so very happy for you all!!!

Two adorable sisters

Sometimes they just make my job so easy.  This is the perfect example.  Rosie was the perfect little model.  I really think she enjoyed the whole experience today.  A new spot to explore and such a sweet big sister!  Her baby sister Celia was such a little peach!  Such a happy little baby girl!  Here is a little sneak peek for you!  Enjoy!

Sweet Baby Mia

Oh there is nothing better than photographing a newborn.  I just adore them!  Nothing as pure and sweet!  Mia is no exception!  I felt bad because this little lady wasn’t feeling quite her self.  Once she was feeling a wee bit better we got some really beautiful shots.  Her Mommy just adores her….and Mia is a very lucky little girl to be blessed with not just one, but two wonderful Mommy’s.  Congrats to Pam and Karen.  Your little lady is just precious.  I thank you for giving me the opportunity to come into your home and capture these images for you.

For Grandma

Shanya and her brother’s Rocco and Jake have never been professionally photographed together.  Their sweet Grandma in Ireland has been asking for a photograph of all of them together for years.  This year we’ll make her wish come true!  A wonderful surprise Christmas gift for her that I’m sure she’ll cherish!

Lily and her brothers

We photographed Lily and her brothers last weekend.  One of the brothers had a broken leg and I wanted to be sure he was as comfortable as he could be.  He did a great job (I never thought he’s make up the stairs to my home!)!  What a beautiful family!

Holiday Mini Sessions - Take Two!

More from the previous post :)

I know that he’s making a silly face…but these other two look so darn cute that I couldn’t not show this one.

Holiday Mini Sessions

As a gift to all of my neighbors I offered complimentary mini sessions for their children this past weekend.

I had such a great time!  It was fun to photograph all of the cuties that I have come to know over the past 8 years that I have lived on this terrific street!

I am still in the process of editing but as I have them ready I will post.  Jenn, your are the first!  Enjoy!

Rahila, you are next!

A little ray of sunshine

Sweet little Sebastian has got to be the cutest little boy ever.  Those lashes, I just couldn’t stop commenting on how amazing they were!

Over two years ago I photographed Sebastian’s Mommy and Daddy’s wedding in Mystic CT on 7/7/7 (lucky 7’s!).  I was beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to not only meet but photograph their darling little boy!

I arrived to their home and was so sad to hear that little S was under the weather…he had just woken from his nap with a fever and just wasn’t himself.  We decided to go forward with the session and see how he does.  I’m quite pleased with how the photographs come out.

Dad had mentioned that S is such a little ray of sunshine all the time…smiling all the time and such a happy little boy!

Julie & Michael Tie The Knot . Boston Area Wedding Photographer

I just love weddings.  Well, I should say I love being the photographer at a wedding.   I get to follow the beautiful bride and handsome groom around for the day.  Capturing such special moments that they will treasure their entire lifetime.   It really is a special job that I truly enjoy!

Julie and Michael’s wedding was just that, truly enjoyable.  These two have been together for a very long time.  You can see how in love they are…how comfortable they are together.   It made for an easy job for me!  I just stood back, watched, and captured!

Julie having her make up touched up before putting on the dress:

Julie was thrilled to be able to put sweet Emma’s hair up.  Emma is Julie and Michael’s little girl and was a joy to watch.  I love that little girls personality!

“The” dress!  It was just stunning hanging there.  Even more gorgeous on Julie!

You can just feel Julie’s excitement.  At the church just minutes before walking down the aisle.

At this moment Julie and Michael are watching their little girl Emma.  Sweet love.

I love that Julie did not want to bustle her gown.  She kept it down the entire night.  As she should!   The dress was just made for her to wear!

A few sweet moments as husband and wife:

Congratulations you guys!  I hope you are having the time of your lives on your honemoon right now!
I wish you all the best!
